Design Sprint Process

Design Sprint

This five-day “sprint” for solving a problem or brainstorming an idea originated at Google Ventures as an outgrowth of lean startup planning. Airbnb, government, and McKinsey all use this design thinking approach for testing new ideas and solving problems. Detailed in the book, Sprint: How to solve big problems and test new ideas in just five days by Jack Knapp and colleagues Zeratsky and Kowitz, Design Sprint is a ‘test-and-learn’ approach to ingenuity. The more diversified members of the work team, the better the outcome. This topic has become the most in-demand from Clint for organizations and in classrooms.
